Day 1, Thursday - Getting there

Our flight from Atlanta to Las Vegas was uneventful.The approach was clear and I saw some amazing views from the window.

We picked up the rental van and headed out of Nevada through a corner of Arizona and into Utah. The scenery is sure a far cry from Florida!

The van seats 15, but even with just 7 people, it was quite full once we got all our luggage and groceries packed in also.

We eventually arrived at Duck Creek Village after picking up a few days worth of groceries.. We have a rented house for a week. Supper, and then we were all ready for bed after a very long day,
